  • BeWell Mums + Bub's Pilates is a class for Mum's with Bubs. This class is 30mins to focus on toning, lengthening your spine, increasing flexibility and improving your coordination with light and deep stretching movements. Available for Mums with Mini's of all ages.

    Please note, mothers will be responsible for their children. Our instructors are happy to assist with bubs if needed, however their primary focus is on teaching the exercises correctly and safely guiding you through the movements for the duration of the class.

    This class is pregnancy and post-natal friendly and suitable for all levels.

BeWell Mums & Bubs Reformer

  • BeWell Beginner, Pre + Post- Natal Reformer is a 40min class to move your body in its correct way and bring your little with you!

    Our instructors modify movements and support you throughout your pre + post natal journey to help increase mobility, reduce pain and stress on your body as well as supporting weight loss, pelvic floor and toning in a fun and safe environment.

    This class is suitable for bubs 8 Months or younger just before they start to explore.

    Your bub may lie on a mat next to you or socialize with other bubs. We recommend bringing something to support your little one such as a baby bouncer, play mat, capsule or pram. There are many moving parts and trip hazards so the exercises in this class are modified to cater to this for safety.

    All trimesters of pregnancy and tailored for different levels and experiences.

    We advise Post Natal clients to be cleared by Doctor.

Reformer All Levels ( P+P Friendly)

    Join us for a class that meets you where you are, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed!

    For post-natal must be 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 12 weeks post c-section with a clearance from your GP, Physio or Chiropractor

    All Levels Welcome!

Pregnant clients are welcome to join in on any standard class. Once in third trimester you will need to attend the pregnancy or parent and bub class or Mat Classes only as they are adapted for the changing body and tailored for late pregnancy.
