A BeWell Pilates Gift Voucher can be redeemed on a combination of any pilates classes including Mat and Reformer (excluding clinical). Expires 12 months from date of purchase.

T & C’s

Packs

All packs have a 12-month expiry from date of purchase.

Packs cannot be refunded if used but can’t be transferred to another person minus one pass.

Packs have a 30-day return policy - if unused a full refund will be issued.

Can not be shared within another person and or member.

14 Day Trial

Unlimited to all classes

Begins from date of first use but has an expiry of 3 months from purchase date.

This is none refundable, but the 3 months can be extended within written notice and within reason.

Can be transferred to another person if the pass has not been used.

Casual Pilates Memberships

This casual membership will continue until 2 weeks notification of cancellation.

2 weeks’ notice has to be provided in writing and will be cancelled prior to the next pay cycle.

This pass cannot be transferred to another person and can be used only for the person who’s name it is registered under.

Pilates Contract Memberships

This contract membership which cannot be cancelled until the end of the 12 months period from purchase date.

This pass will automatically renew after the 12-month purchase date- an automated email will notify you 1,2 and 4 weeks prior of this renewal.

This pass can be paused up to 4 weeks with written approval and will extend the length of terms for 4 further weeks.

*Written medical exemptions will be considered within reason

This pass cannot be transfer to another person and can be used only for the person who’s name it is registered under.

Pilates Ultimate Memberships

This contract membership which cannot be cancelled until the 12 of the 12 months period from purchase date.

This pass will automatically renew after the 12-month purchase date- an automated email will notify you 2 weeks prior of this renewal.

This pass can be paused up to 4 weeks with written approval and will extend the length of terms for 4 further weeks.

*Written medical exemptions will be considered within reason

This pass cannot be transfer to another person and can be used only for the person who’s name it is registered under.

Massages are subject to availability and include Relaxation, Deep Tissue or Swedish Massage. The 1 x massage per month does NOT roll over.
