Classes and Cancellations
1. Pilates Classes will run for a duration outlined as per the description of class.
2. Class cancellation via instructors will not result in a member class deduction, and the class will be credited back to member for future use.
3. All class cancellations require a 3 hours notice, otherwise you will be charge for the missed class. If you’re unable to attend due to sudden illness, a doctor’s note will need to be provided to receive a refund or credit per membership or package.
4. Classes may be cancelled with short notice due to instructors contracting Covid-19- these classes will be refunded back onto your account.
5. Classes may be cancelled if there is only 1 member booked in, therefore members will be given the choice to reschedule into another class or credited back to their account for future use. 6. Repeat no shows on unlimited memberships will be charged a penalty fee of $10.

Health and Safety
1. Appropriate clothing and attire must be worn, at all times.
- This includes fitness attire and footwear e.g. Grip socks when using the reformer(s).
2. The Studio has a zero harassment or bullying policy towards Members and Studio staff.
3. Any such of action will result in immediate termination of membership or immediate termination of your package, both will result in a $50.00 administration cancellation fee.

Packages
1. All single class passes, and packages have a 1 year expiry date from purchase.
2. Packages cannot be transferred to another member, person, or agent.
3. Packages can be used to transfer remaining class passes to a membership at the same value rate of membership.
4. Packages have a 30 day return policy and can be refunded minus the classes used, an administration processing fee of $20.00 will occur.

Promotions
1. All promotions will have their Terms and Conditions assigned.

Refunds
1. Refunds will occur a $20.00 processing fee and will be refunded to the nominated bank account within 30 business days.

Memberships
1. Please see below for sign up agreement for memberships.

• Bundle Memberships sign up is a minimum of 2 months.

• Unlimited & Monthly Memberships are a minimum of 3 months.

2. Standard Membership Pause - Members may pause their membership for a maximum of four (4) consecutive weeks per year. Requests for pausing must be submitted at least [14 days] in advance, and the pause period cannot be used in increments shorter than one (1) week. During this pause period, billing will be temporarily halted, and no access to classes or facilities will be permitted.

2.1 Medical Exceptions - Exceptions to the four-week pause limit may be made for medical reasons, including but not limited to illness, injury, pregnancy, or other medically necessary circumstances. In such cases:

• A valid medical note from a licensed healthcare provider is required to pause the membership for an extended period.

• The pause will remain in effect for the duration specified by the healthcare provider, with a maximum of [3 months], unless otherwise agreed upon by management.

• To resume participation in classes and use of facilities after the medical pause, members must provide medical clearance from their healthcare provider stating they are fit to return to physical activity.

• During a medical pause, billing will be suspended, and no access to classes or facilities will be permitted until the member is cleared to return.

• Membership pauses for medical reasons must be discussed with and approved by management in advance.

2.1.2. Pregnancy - Members who need to pause their membership due to pregnancy are required to submit a medical note from their doctor or midwife. The membership pause will be granted for the duration of the pregnancy and the postnatal recovery period as recommended by the healthcare provider. Medical clearance will be required before the member can resume participation in Pilates classes

2.1.4 The 4 weeks will then be extended to the length of contract.

3. Memberships cannot be transferred to another member, person, or agent.

4. Memberships can be upgraded with 2 weeks written notice.

4.2 Contract memberships cannot be downgraded, until the 12-month period has expired but can be upgraded to a different contract membership with 2 weeks written notice.

4.2.1 This does not change the date or length of your contract.

5. Termination of all memberships; The Studio requires a minimum of 1 payment cycle (either 14 days or 1 month, depending on membership) written notice to request cancellation. Written notice is to be emailed through to bwcthestudio@gmail.com before termination can be completed.
5.1 Contract memberships are a lock in 12-month contract. Early Termination of Contract will incur an early cancellation fee which is equal to 1 payment cycle of current membership.

5.2.1 Cancellation of membership will be considered with a written medical exemption from a medical professional

6. Member of the Month will receive a voucher to use within 3 Months of date.
6.1 This voucher can be redeemed for any of our services at Baldivis Wellness Centre

7. End of your 12month contract you will be notified with an email with an offer to extend contract or a casual flexi contract with new terms and conditions.

8. Fifo memberships require proof of roster for sign up and will be required to provide proof of roster every 6 months.

9. Termination of FIFO Membership: If you’re no longer working FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out), your membership may be terminated.

BeWell Contract Memberships will receive:
- Unlimited Mat Classes - Included Infrared Sessions per year; See chosen level for amount received.
- PLUS 10% off Baldivis Wellness Centre Beauty & Massage Services. - BeWell Ultimate Membership receives one massage per month ; Massages are subject to availability and include Relaxation, Deep Tissue or Swedish Massage. The 1 x massage per month does NOT roll over.

Flexi BeWell Casual Memberships will receive: - Unlimited Mat Classes - Please see sign up info for amount of reformer classes received per membership
