Meet the Studio Team!
Jasmine | Instructor
Jasmine discovered her love for Pilates almost a decade ago after noticing it relieved her stiffness attributed by scoliosis and her desk job at the time. She then wanted to share these benefits with others and became a certified Reformer and Matwork Instructor. She is known by clients as the smiling assassin who loves to turn the heat up on simple flows to challenge clients at all levels. Extra points in her class if you can smile during an Ab seriess.

All things health and wellness are my passion! I live a wholesome life and love to find balance in everything.
I have been practicing Pilates for many years now and evolved my love and passion into a career. I love the kind and body, being a qualified counsellor really helps the whole package on mind, body and soul.
Pilates gives me the knowledge, strength and will power to see anything through. I am continuing my knowledge journey onto the clinical side to help those with injuries and illnesses.
Come over to the bright side and let’s get a sweat and stretch on! Xx
Maddy | Owner & Instructor
I have always been passionate about exercise especially when it comes to functionality and rehabilitation. As a chiropractor, I know how important it is to exercise particularly in a method that is both beneficial to the cardiovascular system but also to the stability and maintenance of joint and spinal health. Pilates offers a beautiful balance of both and caters to all demographics both young and old, new to advance, those who want to rehabilitate and those who want to tone.
I look forward to seeing you at your next class!

Movement has always been a huge part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping others feel strong, mobile, and empowered in their bodies. With a background in Personal Training, Allied Health, and a love for all things Pilates, Strength training, Mobility, and Holistic Health. I take a balanced approach to fitness and well-being. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can build strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence—both in and out of the studio. I can’t wait to share my love for movement with you.
Chiara | Instructor & Admin
Like many, I've faced moments when the idea of hitting the gym felt daunting. Embarking on Reformer Pilates provided the confidence and comfort I sought in a group setting, coupled with the professional guidance I desired. This was particularly true when I started Pilates during pregnancy following an extensive battle with infertility. Ensuring I was in the safest hands was crucial, which influenced my decision to start Pilates. I soon grew fond of the activity as it alleviated the discomforts associated with pregnancy and the postnatal phase.
After over two decades in the demanding florist industry, which had impacted my physical well-being, I chose to switch careers to one that would offer healing, nourishment, and fortification for both my mind and body. My background as a competitive rhythmic gymnast, coupled with my newfound passion for Pilates, inspired me to become a Pilates instructor, eager to assist others in feeling fantastic, accomplished, and valued as they depart from the studio.

A little about me -I served in the defence force for 14 years before medically discharging. As a result of service I found myself with many injuries. I enjoyed fitness and did a lot of running or crossfit which only aggravated my injuries and it was suggested I should try pilates. This is when my love affair with pilates began and over the past 2-3 years I have spent my time studying and gaining my qualifications as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and pilates professional. I am a local to the area and when I'm not focusing on fitness and pilates I'm usually running around after my 3 children. I'm very much looking forward to getting to know the Baldivis pilates community and sharing my love of pilates.
I was first introduced to Pilates 14 years ago when I signed up to classes to help improve my flexibility and quickly became addicted after my first session. Since then ive completed my Diploma in Clinical Pilates and have been teaching for the last 5 years. I love to incorporate planks, push ups and weights in most of my classes so expect to work hard and enjoy the sweet stretch at the end

Finding myself not satisfied working a 9-5 desk job, I first entered the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor. Having a strong background in dance, I'd been missing having a creative outlet in my life and in 2022 I discovered (and quickly fell in love with) Reformer Pilates. It's a beautiful mix of all the things I've known and loved to do.
I love to base my classes on a full body flow burner and you can expect the soundtrack to always match the vibe. Class will always start by sounding like Noah Kahan, the middle will have you feeling like you're at a Fisher concert (It's a Killa specifically) and you'll finish class feeling like the drop at the 5 minute 46 second mark of Rufus Innerbloom (if you know you know). We're here to work hard, take the extra challenge and stay humble. Think of my class as a safe space to give things a crack, have fun and potentially have you curse my name in the two days following (the DOMS are real)!
Leonora | Instructor
At age 63 I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis, on the advice and encouragement of my Chiropractor, I took up Pilates. She advised it would give me strength training without the impact on already arthritic joints. Well, with the dedication and patience on the part of my Pilates Instructor and quiet determination on mine here I am at age 66 still loving it. So much so that with encouragement from both of them I took on and completed my Reformer Training Course and now thoroughly enjoy teaching and helping people with physical difficulties reach their fitness potential. I like to do a gentle class that exercises all muscles but don’t be fooled by my Grandma gentle look you will leave feeling well and truly worked out.
