Our classes are available for all experience levels, from beginners to advanced. We have a range of classes including Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, pregnancy and post-natal classes. We also offer one on one private sessions.

Mat Burn

  • BeWell Mat + Wellness is a 45min class to move your body in its correct way. Wake up, move and focus on toning, lengthening your spine, increasing flexibility, and improving your coordination with lite and deep stretching movements.

    This class will challenge your balance, coordination, and stability. You will leave feeling stronger, leaner and energised.

    Progressive and regressive movements are provided to cater for all levels and experiences.

    This class is pregnancy and post-natal friendly.

BeWell Mums + Mini Mat

  • BeWell Mums + Bub's Pilates is a class for Mum's with Bubs. This class is 30mins to focus on toning, lengthening your spine, increasing flexibility and improving your coordination with light and deep stretching movements. Available for Mums with Mini's of all ages.

    Please note, mothers will be responsible for their children. Our instructors are happy to assist with bubs if needed, however their primary focus is on teaching the exercises correctly and safely guiding you through the movements for the duration of the class.

    This class is pregnancy and post-natal friendly and suitable for all levels.
